By accessing or using the ratu46 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ratu46. Users must be at least 21 years of age and residents of Indonesia to access our services.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the ratu46 platform. We strictly enforce this age restriction in accordance with Indonesian legal standards. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing the platform and placing bets. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You may not use the platform if you have been previously excluded from gambling services, whether voluntarily or by third-party exclusion, or if you are unable to gamble legally for any reason.
Each individual user is permitted to maintain only one account with ratu46. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including but not limited to bonus abuse, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any user found operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently closed and balances forfeited.
To use ratu46 services, you must complete our registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, ratu46 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You will be required to submit the following documents: a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP for identity confirmation. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify ratu46 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ratu46 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
You must ensure that your account information remains current and accurate at all times. You agree to promptly update your personal details, contact information, and payment methods whenever changes occur. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays processing withdrawals or account suspension.
ratu46 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). We also accept e-wallet payments through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited—all deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name.
Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfers during banking hours (typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM WIB) are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are typically processed instantly. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits are set at Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for bank transfers and Rp 50,000,000 for e-wallets, subject to change.
Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard. Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before withdrawal requests will be processed. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts, though delays may occur during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You may be required to provide additional documentation to confirm ownership of the withdrawal destination account.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account tier: Bronze tier users may withdraw up to Rp 25,000,000 per day, Silver tier users up to Rp 50,000,000 per day, and Gold tier users up to Rp 100,000,000 per day. ratu46 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. Bank or e-wallet provider fees may apply and are the responsibility of the user. Withdrawals requested more than three times per week may be subject to processing fees at our discretion.
ratu46 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification procedures if we suspect suspicious activity. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions will be frozen pending investigation, and we are obligated to report such activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
Bonuses and promotions offered by ratu46 are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available only to verified accounts in good standing. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, betting on opposite outcomes, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and potential account termination.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount). Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributions vary by odds. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements have validity periods, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion. Unused bonuses and any winnings from bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry. It is your responsibility to track bonus validity periods and complete wagering requirements within the specified timeframe.
If you request a withdrawal while an active bonus is in your account and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus and any winnings attributed to that bonus will be forfeited. Your initial deposit amount remains withdrawable at any time, subject to the anti-money laundering 1x turnover requirement.
All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details are correct before confirmation. ratu46 reserves the right to void bets placed on obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event information, or technical malfunctions. Bets placed on events that have already concluded or events where the outcome is already known will be void.
For sports betting, settlement is based on official results announced by the governing body of each sport. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will typically be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within a specified timeframe (usually 48 hours). All casino games and slots use certified random number generators (RNG) and are audited regularly by independent third parties. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds: colluding with other users, using automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or errors for profit, engaging in fraudulent activity or payment reversals, harassing other users or staff, and attempting to hack or compromise platform security.
While ratu46 strives to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons. ratu46 will not be liable for any losses incurred due to service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
The ratu46 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The ratu46 platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ratu46 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.
You may close your ratu46 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements. Closed accounts cannot be reopened. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any terms of this agreement, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, abuse bonuses or promotions, create multiple accounts, or if we suspect money laundering or other criminal activity. Upon termination for breach, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and we reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or betting activity) for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ratu46 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact customer support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and regulations applicable to ratu46's licensing jurisdiction. Where applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws apply to Indonesian residents using our services.
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of ratu46 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
